Dinner Mate - Review

 

Dah lama sis tak update cerita korea apa sis tengok, bukan sebab dalam tak update tu sis tak tengok ye. Sis tengok cuma some drama tu sis tak rasa nak share.

Kali ni, sis nak share pasal kdrama - Dinner Mate.

First time aku nampak trailer cerita ni daripada FB, and masa tu, aku tengah layan cerita lain and I guess this drama mungkin ada di Netflix or others so aku pun just tak take note sangat. But sadly, drama ni (as at today) tak ada d Netflix or others macam viu or lain-lain. Aku pun pelik, mana aku tengok. So in the end, I found it in IQIYI apps.

Maybe u olls akan ckp yang why not I watched at online streaming yg free. Bukan aku tak nak, but they have too much explicit ads if u watch from dekstop and lagi susah kalau tengok kat phone (web) sebab die keep on popping ads.

What made me want to watch Dinner Mate?

This drama ada 1 trailer which is the opening of the drama - where Doo Hee nie fly to Jeju to meet her boyfriend. Dia macam got a hunch that bf dia nak propose die. So die pun buat vlog for it (Do Hee dlm nie ialah producer streamer online). On the flight - which is the first time dia jumpa Dr Kim (hero), Dr Kim masa nie macam tak senang dgn attitude Doo Hee ni. Sbb Dr Kim ni ada class dia tersendiri and he mind his own business. For the sake of her vlog content, Doo Hee ni mintak one of the stewardess wish dia tahniah. The best part is stewardess inilah perempuan simpanan bf dia. Masa Doo Hee ni found out, Dr Kim is there and witness it. Disebabkan atas desakan client Dr Kim sebab Dr Kim ialah therapist yang merawat break iup couple, Dr Kim pun kejor la Doo Hee.

So they start become Dinner Mate, and it link to another and they become lover. Apabila aku baca a simple summary nie. aku mcm tertanya-tanya, macam mana from dinner mate jadi lover? Aku jenis suka nak tahu and apa plot yg merancakkan lagi cerita ni.

So aku pun tengok lah cerita ni. Aku perasan drama nie actually another slow drama yg aku tgk. Bila ko layan part yg tengah slow tu, tiba-tiba part klimaks and tahu tahu je next episode. Mahu aku tak geram. So aku sambung tgk. Bila masuk lagi part slow tu aku pun stop sekejap and actually masa aku tulis nie, aku tinggal 2 episod lagi nak habis. Padahal, staff aku dah abiz tengok dah sebab die minat aktor tu.

Walaupun cerita ni slow, part bersemut tu byk sangat. Of course tak semua nya indah. Doo Hee dgn Dr Kim ada sejarah masing-masing. Ex pasangan drg datang balik kat drg. Jadi, aku tak perlu lah teruskan share apa jadi seterusnya.

FYI, cerita ni rating dia agak rendah - maybe jugak sebab rating rendah byk paid apps nie tak amik cerita nie. But, if u like such love story, u should try to watch.

Another info if u are Crash Landing On u fans, korang akan tahu yang Do Hee one of the actress in CLOY and boyfriend dia (Alberto jadi cameo dalam nie) - kalau tak silap sis. Dan aku satu scene nie ada la watak Dan muncul. hahaha
