Bismillahirahmanirahim. Bulan November 2015 memang agak mencabar bagi saya, banyak sales saya telah ketinggalan. Saya mula goyah. Balik daripada PPUM update segalanya, runsing-runsing. Bulan depan (esok, Disember 2015), kalau kira-kira collection saya tidak cukup. Negatif thought mula datang, nak give up, macam-macam ada di dalam otak. --> saya terus, rilek satu hari (lepas keluar hospital), solat, muhasabah balik, buat syukur list, rangka balik plan2. Alhamdulillah otak dah boleh jalan balik. Baiklah. Saya nak cerita mengapa saya ended up di PPUM 2 minggu lepas (19/11/15 - 24/11/15). Pada pagi 19/11/15 saya tiba-tiba bleeding dan contraction (pengalaman anak pertama macam tu) jadi, ku kejut suami, ku bagitahu dia. Paling best 2 2 tengah fikir nak pegi hospital mana. Iye la cadang nya nak beranak kat hospital shah alam (tak bukak lagi kak oi).  Nak pegi sg buloh? tak tahu jalan kak oi Nak pegi mana-mana GH, memang tak pernah tahu kat mana la ye.. Bismillahirahmanirahim.. Memang berbeza pengalaman kalau check up di swasta dengan kerajaan. Masa first baby, saya memilih untuk check up di swasta, di seksyen 13 ada hospital bersalin yang sangat glamer dan bekas housemate pun beranak kat sana sebelum ini. Tambah lagi, kawan husband pun check up kat sana. Hospital itu menjadi pilihan kerana boleh check up malam, masa tu tak banyak cuti dan bole buat medical claim pulak kan. Jadi tak mengapalah kalau nak pergi ke sana sebab memang nya cadang nak beranak kat situ jugak. Begitulah nasib masa tu apabila duk kat Shah Alam yang tak ada hospital kerajaan. Hospital swasta yang berlambak. Memang betul kalau di swasta check up tak da lah mengambil masa macam Klinik Kesihatan. Orang tak ada lah ramai macam KK. Ada aircond. Yang check nya pun doctor. I have been given her not almost everyday iron supplement (prescribed by the doctor) since she really knew how to spit the med out. The result was, Alhamdulillah the doc said it is good and she can stop taking the iron already. Alhamdulillah! I am really happy as me and my husband does not need to struggle with her when giving her the meds. There was something that was sent to me by whatapps by my brother in law and suddenly I remembered the messages (an image from a magazine) he gave me regards sleeping in the dark; it mentioned sleeping with lights can caused leukaemia among kids. the people Last saturday 15.2.14, me n hub pegi klas parenting. Lebih kurang mcm tu lah. It was consist 3 class, baby wearing, sleeping baby n baby language. FYI ini lah klas pertama or kursus pertama yg berbayar (bayar atas kehendak sendiri) yg i pergi. Overall im satisfied with everything. Why? Kelas 3 jam jer. So u dh boleh agak 3 speaker, each of them akan ckp 1 hour each. U xbole expect they will talk very detail but u can see whole picture what is all about. U can bring ur baby n spouse of course spouse charge lain. But it is very important that ur spouse pegi sekali so that they will also learn. The speakers are certified. Very helpful n friendly. Mereka ckp based on experience so they realted with their experience, so class jadi lebib interesting as first timer mummy. Bear in mind, u bole bawak baby.
