Change Maker Program

Last Sunday, I was attending a program called YSEALI Boot Camp at UiTM Shah Alam. They actually have started this boot camp at few other places for this year and Shah Alam is the last 3 places they have organized. If you happened to read this and would like to know more about it, you can try to google and enroll their phase 1 boot camp which I have attended earlier. But, this write up is not to talk about this program but actually what I felt after this program. Frankly speaking,  it is really an eye opening program for me and I have gained so much knowledge from all the participants that day. They were really great and amazing. Most importantly the energy they projected out was really positive and that has made the event so much fun and enjoyable. In this event, they have invited speaker guests from a political organization which they shared their journey to achieve their caused. It is very inspirational sharing. Then, I was happened to know there is cooking class for kids out there because I saw one of my student in Mont Kiara wearing an apron embroide

The key point is always sabar (patience), grateful and keep on praying. Does not matter how hard your test from Allah swt is, if you patiently waiting and keep on praying, grateful what you have now. InsyaAllah you will found your way. What I want to share today is about recent payout bonus given by my company. Usually my company will distribute bonus before Chinese New Year. Same goes this year, staff getting their bonus days before CNY. When the day come, everyone nervously checking their bank account and they saw the amount they received lesser than previous year. Most of the staff started to complaint why they get lesser than last year and some demotivate to work. Why this is happening? Expectation vs reality - the reason the staff is so frustrated. We expect getting the same
