Its been awhile. Yes, I noticed that I have posted lesser this year.
I've been busy with works and other things. Even this write up is on 1/1/2020.
But I really want to share this for 2019 closing. Something that remind me what I want to achieve.
This year, I have registered myself to English program by my company . The best part of this English program is we are not into much of vocabulary, writing and so on. It is more to presenting and speaking. Maybe because the program actual name is English for business. Actually I am not complaining but I want to say that I do have fun.
In the end of the course, my teacher Ms Malizah described me 'even though she is introvert, she is the best speaker in class'. I am totally agreed with 'introvert' things, but for the best speaker? Thanks Ms Malizah for the compliment. Yes, I am on my way to train myself to become a speaker/motivator.
How can I talk in front of people?
I did read one sharing at twitter about introvert things, which this guy mentioned that introvert can become best speaker even they are not extrovert. It is quite true though. All it needs is to come out of your comfort zone and train. There is no magic or secret formula on it. You need to start somewhere.
As for me, I was being exposed speaking/telling stories in front of public since I was primary school. I enjoyed it so much. But then, along the way, I realised I am quite an introvert. I do not like to volunteer myself to present even I really want to. I need some one to push me or when I am surrounded by people who I am comfortable with then I will speak. I prefer to sit in one corner and keep to myself.
The main point is, if you are giving yourself and excuse of being introvert to not speaking in front of people. You are just do not want to come out from your shell. As you can see, nowadays, even in early childhood learning, they encouraged kids speak in front of class. It does help in my case. I started early. I am not born with it.
After all the mumbling about 'my efforts'. I must not forget that there are great power behind it. Allah swt has opened the road/opportunity to me, it is up to me to grab it. When I started the journey (speaking in front of public), there are words from Quran and Hadis support along the way (to calm your nervousness and idea to talk to). From there, the helps from Al Mighty will come. You see, that is how Allah swt teach us to work smart.
That is why, Allah swt created human with different kind of traits. It is everyone secret of life to dig your own journey. Don't you found it is wonderful? To have something to be grateful? Grateful on yourself, accept who you are in the same time you can change your current situation. Don't you think that we are so blessed now because other people before us has doing research and what we need to do is follow the guidelines.
